At Transglobal Express all payments are handled by WorldPay.

Following your order completion, you will automatically be redirected to the WorldPay payment gateway. We do not store any of your payment information (bank, debit or credit card details). As soon as we have received payment, you will be sent an E-Mail containing your booking confirmation. New customers with charges over 1,000 EUR may be asked to pay in advance.

We do not under any circumstances store or handle credit card details and all payments are handled via our payment provider ‘WorldPay’. Any private or personal data passed via our web pages is securely encrypted for your protection.

WorldPay Shopper Transaction Security

The ‘WorldPay’ system ensures the security and integrity of all sensitive data by utilising a combination of both established and innovative techniques. Their public web servers are authorised by public Certificate Authority, Thawte, to ensure that WorldPay cannot be impersonated in an attempt to obtain confidential information.

Any data transferred from Transglobal Express to WorldPay is done so using an encrypted and digitally-signed protocol which consists of a combination of PGP, RSA and MD5 methods. This ensures that all information is secure and tamper-proof.

In order to maintain standards and to ensure a secure transaction environment, banking authority’s regularly conduct audits of data storage on WorldPay systems, along with their communication between worldwide banking networks.
