The documents required for tax return purposes are generated automatically during the booking. Please use the following information as guidance:

Which documents are needed?

You can check the list below to see which documents are required and where you can find them. The documentation listed below is usually all you need as proof of delivery. If you have any further questions, please consult with your tax consultant or financial administration.

 

Service Documents
DHL Shipping Label – you can find the labels in your customer account (My Account -> Orders -> Documents).

Proof of Delivery – type in your tracking number here.

Invoice – you can find the invoice in your account (My Account -> Invoices).
UPS Shipping Label – you can find the labels in your customer account (My Account -> Orders -> Documents).

Proof of Delivery – type in your tracking number at www.ups.com or click on the tracking number in your customer account.

Invoice – you can find your invoice in your account (My Account -> Invoices).
     

We kindly ask you to save all necessary documents right after your booking. If your documents are not available at a later point, we will need to query with the carrier. This can take up to four weeks. Therefore, please approach our Customer Service Team in due time.
