Collections from your door
Collections from your door are arranged by Transglobal Express, with a choice of carriers.
If you are booking a collection, please add 1 working day to the estimated transit time to allow for overnight delivery to our depot.
Drop-offs
You can also drop off at our depot or choose one of hundreds of DPD drop-off or UPS Access Point™ locations nationwide.
Labelling
If booking a collection, unless we are collecting your parcel ourselves, your shipping labels will show our depot as the destination address.
Once your shipment arrives at our depot, we'll process it, relabel if required and send it on to its final address.

DPD Classic - Shipments to Scandinavia
Parcels to Sweden and Finland will be delivered to DPD Pickup Shops local to your delivery address.
For parcels to Denmark, only one attempt will be made to deliver to the recipient's address. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be made available to collect at a local Pickup Shop the following day.

Prohibited & Restricted Items
- Personal effects, liquids, jewellery and watches are all prohibited for this service
- This service cannot be used for returns or repairs
- DPD are unable to deliver to Amazon warehouses for international shipments

Packaging Requirements
- Items should be packaged in cardboard boxes, not only in jiffy bags, bubblewrap, etc
- Pallets and wooden crates/boxes are not accepted
- Suitcases are not accepted

Intra-European Shipments
- With our DPD service you can ship throughout Europe — for example, from France to Denmark, or Germany to Estonia, or the Netherlands to Austria, and more. We also offer domestic services within each of these countries (for example, from one address in France to another). More info.

DPD Predict
- DPD Predict is available for some destinations, with delivery notifications and options for redelivery. More info.
DPD Predict
The DPD Predict service is available for some destinations. If the recipient's mobile number is provided when the booking is made, DPD will text them to announce a one-hour delivery window (e.g. 10am-11am). They will also receive an email.
Nobody at home? They can change the delivery day, re-route the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
