TG Palette Please note: Our TG Palette Service is currently suspended. Your pallets can be either collected or dropped off at our warehouse. If you book a collection, your pallets will be collected on the following working day between 9am and 5pm.

Your shipment will be charged by either actual weight or volumetric weight – whichever is greater. Volumetric weight is a value derived from the size rather than the weight of your pallet and may apply if your pallet is particularly large and contains relatively light items. *If the volumetric weight of your shipment exceeds the tare weight, the volumetric weight is used for calculation. The volume weight of the consignment is determined by the formula (LxWxH in cm)/6666 for pallets. How the volumetric weight is calculated.
