When you book one of our services, your estimated transit time will be displayed on the quote screen during the order process. These estimates are based on deliveries between major gateway cities and vary from service to service.
Please note that transit times are only guaranteed with DHL Express or UPS. It is also highly recommended to refer to DHL’s or UPS's terms and conditions for more information regarding the Money-Back Guarantee. We cannot guarantee transit times with other carriers. If your delivery destination is remote, it may also take slightly longer to deliver. You can obtain an accurate transit time estimate by simply entering your collection and delivery postcode in one of the calculators below.
