- There is no service to postcode 78266 Büsingen, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Campione d'Italia, Livigno, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Åland Islands, or French and German overseas territories.
Packaging Requirements
- Items should be packaged in cardboard boxes only - not pallets, wooden crates, suitcases, or only jiffy bags / bubble wrap

DPD Predict
- DPD Predict is available for some destinations, with delivery notifications and options for redelivery. More info.
DPD Predict
The DPD Predict service is available for some destinations. If the recipient's mobile number is provided when the booking is made, DPD will text them to announce a one-hour delivery window (e.g. 10am-11am). They will also receive an email.
Nobody at home? They can change the delivery day, re-route the parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop, or arrange to have it left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Returns
- Undeliverable shipments may be returned to the sender at cost.
