What are Promotional Codes?

From time to time we offer special discounts for our customers, which we make available in the form of Promotional Codes that can be used for a limited time.

Promotional Codes are codes you can enter during the final stage of booking to get a discount on your total shipping costs (excluding any surcharges or insurance fees; VAT, if applicable, is applied to the total after discount).

At present these are valid for door-to-door courier services only, not air freight, sea freight or shop orders.

How do I use a Promotional Code?

To get your discount, all you need to do is enter the code into the designated box on our Order Overview page at the final stage of booking:

Terms and conditions

Discounts apply to the total cost of the order excluding surcharges and insurance fees (i.e. the "Shipping Price" only). If applicable, VAT is applied to the total after discount.

In the event of an order cancellation, customers will be refunded the amount charged after discount applied.

The terms and conditions may vary for each promotion. Transglobal Express reserves the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time.
