Packaging and maximum weight for posting a suitcase

1. Please note that only hard shell suitcases can be used for delivery to ensure that your items reach their destination as safely as possible.
2. Shipments can be booked for up to a maximum weight of 70 kg per item with DHL Express. More information on weight and dimensions can be found here.
3. It is not necessary to wrap up hard shell suitcases with packaging paper or carton. However, the shipping label has to be securely attached to the upper side of the suitcase. As with all shipments, please refer to our packaging advice page regarding the contents of your delivery.

Shipment tracking and transit liability for luggage shipments

1. With our shipment tracking options you can follow the progress of your delivery online. Enter your booking/tracking reference into the required field in order to track your suitcase.
2. Further, Transglobal Express would like to advise you that we cannot assume liability for any damage (scratches, soiling etc.) to your suitcase while it is in transit.
