Weight Restrictions for all DHL Express services
- Maximum recommended weight for parcels: 70kg
For goods heavier than 30 kg, you must use a loading aid and/or a pallet.
Please be prepared to assist the driver with shipments heavier than 30kg.
If shipments are not palletised properly, DHL Express may palletise if deemed necessary at your expense. - Maximum weight for palletised goods: 1000kg

- Maximum of 3 pallets per shipment.

- Maximum dimensions per pallet: 300cm x 160cm x 180cm
Volumetric Weight
- DHL Express calculates volumetric weight on import services from countries outside of the EU, by multiplying the three dimensions of your parcel together and dividing by 5000. How the volumetric weight is calculated.

Packaging Requirements
- For goods weighing between 30-70kg, a pallet or crate is recommended; For goods heavier than 30 kg, you must use a loading aid and/or a pallet.
