Collection Services

Carriers collect directly from our depot for some services, allowing us to offer these services at reduced rates. You can drop off your parcels at our depot in Kelsterbach (near Frankfurt Airport), have them delivered to us, or optionally book a collection from your door.

This applies to the following services:

Collection from your door

If you choose an optional collection service from your door, we'll give you the shipping labels for collection and relabel your parcel at our depot for the second leg of its journey. You can track the full journey using your order reference number.

For selected postcodes in the Rhine-Main area, near our depot in Kelsterbach, you can choose Transglobal Collection and we’ll collect your parcel ourselves. Book a single collection for multiple shipments using any of these services, and you can keep adding more orders to it until the driver arrives.

Please note: UPS collection will add 1 working day to the overall estimated transit time, to allow for overnight delivery to our depot. This does not apply for TG Courier.

DHL Express Worldwide

DHL Express Worldwide is a door-to-door service collected and delivered by DHL. However, you can choose collection from Transglobal Collection in eligible postcodes, allowing for reduced rates.

You also have the option to drop off at our Kelsterbach depot.

Additional drop-off options

We also have these drop-off options, allowing you to leave your parcel at one of hundreds of drop-off points across Germany. A fee applies for delivery from these locations to our depot. Please allow for additional transit time of 1 working day.
