  Landmark Global collects directly from our depot for this service. This means you have a few different options to choose from when it comes to dropping off your parcel or having it collected from your door.

  Collections from your door

  Collections from your door are arranged by Transglobal Express, with a choice of carriers.

  If you are booking a collection with UPS, please add 1 working day to the estimated transit time to allow for overnight delivery to our depot.

  Drop-offs

  You can also drop off at our depot in Kelsterbach or choose one of hundreds of DPD drop-off or UPS Access Point™ locations nationwide.

  Labelling

  If booking a collection, your shipping labels will show our depot as the destination address.

  Once your shipment arrives at our depot, we'll process it, relabel if required and send it on to its final address.

Insurance

• Up to €25 free insurance cover
• Additional insurance possible for up to €250

Shipments to Scandinavia

• For shipments to Denmark and Sweden, most parcels will be delivered to a pick-up shop near to your delivery address. Parcels to Finland may be delivered to your door or to a pick-up shop depending on the third-party company used for the last part of the delivery.

Returns

• Please note: In the event that the receiver does not take delivery of your goods, returns can take up to 6 months for this service, as Landmark Global will hold mail at their depot until they reach volume.
